Members agree to provide truthful, current information when creating and maintaining a profile. Details should be kept up to date, and any information found to be misleading may affect a member's standing on the platform.
Account Confidentiality
Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under their account. Any suspected unauthorized use should be reported promptly through the appropriate support channel.
Responsible Use of the Platform
The platform is provided for genuine, respectful introductions between members. It should be used for its intended purpose, with courtesy extended to other members and to the review process that supports the circle.
Compliance with Applicable Requirements
Members agree to use PureSugarMatch in a manner consistent with applicable laws and with the platform's published policies, including this agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
Prohibited Behavior
Members may not engage in deceptive, abusive, unlawful or coercive conduct, and must not act in ways that invade the privacy of other members. This includes misuse of another member's account, unauthorized access to the platform or its systems, and any infringement of another person's rights. Conduct that undermines the trust or integrity of the circle is not permitted.

Responsibility and Service Limitations
Interactions Between Members
PureSugarMatch facilitates introductions between members, but the conduct of any individual arrangement remains the responsibility of the members involved. Decisions made once an introduction has occurred, including meeting arrangements and the terms of any relationship, are made independently by members.
General Limitations
The platform is provided on the basis of the features and functionality made available at any given time. Members should rely on the platform's tools and published policies as the basis for their use of the service.
Service Changes and Availability
PureSugarMatch may update, modify or adjust its features from time to time to maintain the quality and security of the platform. Temporary interruptions may occur, and continuous, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Use at Members' Own Discretion
Members choose how to engage with introductions and other members at their own discretion. Exercising sound judgment and following the safety guidance published on the platform remains each member's responsibility.

Account Restrictions and Termination
Access to PureSugarMatch may be restricted or ended when these terms are violated or when action is reasonably required to protect the integrity of the platform and its members.
